O-ZONE is a moldavian teen-pop band created in 1999 in Chisinau in Republic of Moldova by DAN BALAN (voice, born on the 06/02/1979 in Chisinau), ARSENIE TODERAS (voice, born on the 22/07/1983 in Chisinau), and RADU SIRBU (voice, born on the 14/12/1978 in Orhei in Moldova).
O-ZONE has a very big hit with "DRAGOSTEA DIN TEÏ" (#1 in Germany on the 07/06/2004 for 14 weeks, #1 in France on the 18/04/2004 for 15 weeks, #1 in Romania on the 01/09/2003 for 3 weeks at the Romanian top 100 singles chart, #1 in Ireland, in Norway, Holland, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, and in Denmark, #2 in Finland, #3 in in the U.K. and #17 in Italy).
The 14 january 2005, O-ZONE splits. ARSENIUM goes in solo.
