THE PRODIGY est un groupe anglais de hardcore-house, d'electro-punk, de nightmaretronica et de big-beat formé à Braintree dans l'Essex en 1990 par LIAM HOWLETT (production/claviers, né le 21/08/1971 à Cressing), KEITH FLINT (chant, né le 17/09/1969 à Londres), MAXIM REALITY (M.C., né KEITH PALMER le 26/07/1966 à Peterborough) et LEEROY THORNHILL (danse, né le 07/10/1969 à Braintree dans le Cambridgeshire).
